With the introduction of the game they saw a significant increase in the number of site visitors and duration on the site, this translated to a hire number of cabs booked via the site and on their app.Play a Demo
Cold Banana run a advent calendar where team members can win a prize the event takes a different form each year. For the Christmas of 2017 each day the team members would take a number of spins on the wheel to attempt to get the highscore of the day to win a daily prize.
The scores where also kept on a leaderboard with the highest score at the time of the Christmas party winning the largest prize which was awarded at the dinner.
We developed this game for an IT Distribution firm that wanted to re-energise the relationship with their historical clients that had a low spend with them and no longer had a dedicated Account Manager. The aim was to drive the large number of low spend clients to their new site and leverage the site to encourage them to spend with them vs the highest cost of employing several more Account Executive to manage the high volume of accounts
The game breathed fresh life into the high volume of low spend accounts as well as engaging the larger accounts into seeing a wider selection of their products.
Originally built for a Cold Banana employees incentive scheme. Employees would earn credits which they had the opportunity to bet in the hope of earning further credits ahead of the summer party, where the credits could be converted into drinks vouchers.
The success of this internal incentive meant that various partners of Cold Banana who had seen the team playing the game wanted to use our game engine to implement similar competitions within their own business, introducing their company logo as well as Directors faces on the spin wheels.
